You can use this program to keep a record of important dates such as rent reviews, lease renewals, ground rent increases etc. It has also been adapted to produce a list of specific action required e.g. annual report to client. You can print out a list of action items every month and circulate to all concerned. The report shows who is responsible and what stage has been reached e.g. started, completed, documented etc. The emphasis is on ease of use and the program is very adaptable.

Overview
It is essential to maintain a system whereby you can keep accurate records of when action is required on behalf of a client. This may be a rent review, rent increase, option to determine, insurance renewal date and any number of similar matters. This program provides a simple way to record this information and present it in a way that ensures that action dates are not forgotten. It is very flexible and, once the details have been entered, the information can be presented in a variety of ways.

Summary information
Most of the information you will need is displayed on the main screen. You can scroll through the records or add new details as necessary. The information displayed is comprehensive and can be adapted. of management and rent collection.

Reports
The program incorporates a number of pre-configured reports. You can print to the screen or the printer details of when action is due and what action is required. Any of the reports can be filtered to select some or all of the properties or to show only a certain type of action, action due in the next 6 months etc. We find that users often have their own requirements for the report format and we would be pleased to write additional reports as required so that the program is customised for you.

Practical application
The software was designed by a busy firm of Chartered Surveyors and is in daily use. At the end of each month, a report is prepared showing the properties where action is required, what is to be done and who is responsible. This is then distributed to all relevant staff. When the task has been completed (e.g. the rent review has been settled) this is marked on the main screen and it will no longer appear as a matter requiring attention. This provides an additional check by a supervisor or principal on the progress of matters which, if neglected, could have serious consequences. This is just one of many ways in which the program can be of great help in keeping track of action dates in a busy office.
