Overview
This program was written to assist individuals or companies who maintain a portfolio of ground rent investments. The actual management of the flats is carried out by others and the intention is that the software maintains records of the ground rent income, insurance commission etc. The default software allows for separate records of any number of properties owned by up to six different companies. We would be very pleased to extend the number of companies as required.

 


 

Tenancy details
Information is maintained about those matters which will interest an investor. This includes the ground rent for each flat, date of the next review or increase etc. It is a simple matter to select any property to view details and you can scroll through tenancy details for the property by using the scroll bar on screen.

Reports
The program incorporates a number of pre-configured reports. You can print to the screen or the printer details of such matters as a summary of all property details, details of the portfolio including the insurance commission and ground rent income, total purchase price etc. We find that users often have their own requirements for the report format and we would be pleased to write additional reports as required so that the program is customised for you.

Practical application
In our experience, investors find it useful to be able to display at a glance such information as the total number of properties owned by each company, a breakdown of the insurance commission and ground rent income, total purchase price etc. Banks or financial Institutions may request this information from time to time and it is helpful if it is presented in a professional manner as it inspires confidence.
