A button allows you to print a simple report of work carried out.
A further button will enable you to filter the items included in
the report. This will enable you to analyse the type of work you
carry out most frequently, which is the most productive source of
instructions etc.
The analysis of the source, type and value of
the instructions is an important feature that can be customised
to suit your requirements. We are adding additional standard reports
to future versions of the software
New record
It is a simple matter to add details of a new instruction. It only
takes a short time to enter the information and save the record.
VAT on the fee is calculated automatically by the program.
Each job is automatically given a unique reference.
Additional facilities
The program. has the ability to print a letter of confirmation,
an envelope or an invoice by a single click of a button on the main
screen. It will automatically include the details as recorded for
the particular entry. This feature can be customised to suit your
way of working
