You can easily enter details of a new job including the client,
contact details, materials required, anticipated completion date
etc. This information will automatically be used for later analysis
Reports
There are a number of pre-defined reports and you can filter the
output so that you only print the information required. The reports
include
Job list update -
this will show the current situations regarding each job and can
be sent to the client as a regular update.
Analysis - this will
show the work received grouped by the source. Many small builders
regularly receive work from the same firms of managing agents and
the default is to group by this source. This can be changed to suit
your requirements.
Work sheet - This
prints a summary of a particular job. Much of the information is
taken from the information already entered. The additional information,
such as materials required, estimated number of hours for each operative
etc., can be added to the sheet before it is given to the person
dealing with the particular project.
Gas check - many
firms carry out regular gas checks for letting agents. There is
a special part of the program which will keep a track of when gas
checks are due, contact details, any special considerations etc
