This program will keep all residential valuation records and is intended to be easy to use and extract information. Because the program is uncomplicated, the chances are that you will want to use it and keep your records up to date. Whenever you complete a valuation, you enter all the details in this program. It takes about 60 seconds. When you need to extract information for comparables, it is a simple matter to print a report based on the type of property, bedrooms, address or whatever and attach the report to the file as evidence.

Searching Residential Records

There are various ways to look for a particular property or type of property. You can search for part of an address. The software will display all records which contain the information requested anywhere in the address.

You can open a selection filter. This will enable you to find any records which match the criteria that you request. For example, you may wish to look for all two bedroom flats in Southampton, any detached houses that were valued at over £500,000 in the last 6 months etc. The search can be for any combination of fields.

We have included a simple search facility called easy filter. This presents you with a number of option buttons where you can select the type of property, town, price range etc. When you have finished your selection, a report is generated which only shows the properties that match the criteria you have selected. The various elements of the easy filter dialog form can be changed by the user so that the options that you use most often will be displayed.

The current search filter is always displayed on screen.

Reports.

There are three types of report incorporated in the software. They give varying degrees of detail about the chosen properties and each is accessed from a single button on the main screen. Further reports can be added if required.

New record

It is a simple matter to add details of a new property. It only takes a short time to enter the information and save the record. Some people find that it is useful to include the rate per square foot/metre as a secondary means of analysis. This information is calculated automatically by the program.
